"IT'S MAGIC!" AT LA MIRADA THEATRE

 

LA MIRADA, Calif., February 24 2005 -- La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts presents "It's Magic! 7 p.m., March 25 as part of the theatre's "March Madness" series of six special events complementing the theatre's Broadway season.

 

"It's Magic!" celebrating 50 years as a Southern California theatrical tradition, is an all-star stage revue presenting the world's most famous magicians. Producers Milt Larsen and Terry Hill are inviting magicians that have performed on the show over the years to perform fascinating magical acts ranging from sleight of hand to mind-boggling full stage illusions: Russian quick change artists, David & Dania; Dana Daniels, "a Man Performing Magic with a Parrot or a Parrot Performing Magic with a Man;" new comedy illusionists Les Arnold & Dazzle; award-winning Danny Cole; and large-scale illusionist Chuck Jones and magician Eric Buss, currently headlining in Lake Tahoe. The Los Angeles Times calls "It's Magic!" "The liveliest lineup of magic acts this side of Las Vegas. It's a must for magic buffs of all ages!"
